RESPONSIBILITIES:
- installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and programs
- monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
- working continuously on a task until completion
- Occasionally work on projects which require Microsoft Office skills and/or Graphic Design skills
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
- Minimum 2 year experience in IT support or related position
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptive to work in multiple tasks with different skills required
- Moderate English skill is required
- Graphic Design Software (Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator) skill is a plus
