RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and programs
  • monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
  • setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
  • working continuously on a task until completion
  • Occasionally work on projects which require Microsoft Office skills and/or Graphic Design skills

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
  • Minimum 2 year experience in IT support or related position
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adaptive to work in multiple tasks with different skills required
  • Moderate English skill is required
  • Graphic Design Software (Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator) skill is a plus
