Unique Process and Reliable Functionality
Unlike conventional oil-water separators that rely on gravity, the QWIK-PURE actively pushes condensate through the pre-filter and main filter using bursts of compressed air. This continuous flow keeps the cartridge filled with liquid, preventing drying and the formation of impermeable layers. As a result, there are minimal unpleasant cultures for operators or service personnel to encounter.
Consistently Hygienic
The hermetically sealed design ensures that users and service personnel never come into contact with trapped substances. All materials retained in the pre-filter and main filter remain contained, preventing contamination of nearby individuals or the treated condensate.

Monitoring Power and Compressed Air Loss
The built-in FRC control accurately shows the remaining capacity of the cartridges and automatically activates bursts of compressed air when condensate needs to be pushed through. If any issues arise, the system independently takes corrective actions and triggers an alarm. In such cases, the QWIK-PURE® continues to function as a standard gravity separator.
Efficient Cartridge Use
All QWIK-PURE units utilize the same cartridges, allowing for more efficient use of storage space. This means you only need to stock one cartridge size in the necessary quantities.Ergonomic Design
Our cartridge design prioritizes user comfort. For instance, the inlet tube serves as a sturdy handle, making transportation and installation easy. Additionally, thanks to controlled drainage, even a fully saturated cartridge weighs less than 25 kg.Clean Cartridge Replacement
Each cartridge features an integrated closing valve at the base to prevent any drips on the floor during replacement. The included blind plugs for the upper openings ensure that no liquids spill during the process.

Separating condensate and water incurs costs for compressed air and electricity. However, since the new QWIK-PURE system relies on just one cartridge for all models, less frequent service calls and lower storage costs can lead to a significant increase in efficiency.
