Features

Cost-Effective and Reliable

BEKOMAT standard drains offer a range of models (12, 13, 14, and 16) suitable for nearly any application, providing not only the right solution but also an energy-efficient one. Featuring an integrated capacitive sensor for level-controlled condensate discharge, these drains save energy and enhance efficiency—hallmarks of the BEKOMAT brand. By preventing unnecessary costs and damages during compressed air generation with intelligent electronics that minimize air loss, BEKOMAT condensate drains often pay for themselves within six months compared to time-controlled units. With robust construction and user-friendly maintenance, BEKOMAT ensures reliable performance while reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions.

Condensate Discharge Without Compressed Air Loss

Leaks in float drains can lead to significant costs, and time-controlled solenoid valves also result in compressed air losses. When these valves open, valuable compressed air escapes into the environment. In contrast, a level-controlled condensate drain ensures discharge without any loss of compressed air or energy. This not only reduces energy expenses and operational costs but also lowers CO2 emissions.

Easy and Convenient Maintenance

The service indicator provides timely notifications for upcoming maintenance or service unit replacements. All wear-prone or pressurized components can be accessed with a single manual motion, eliminating the need for electrical installations or the setup of seals and individual parts. The user-friendly installation process requires only one electrical connection, and the robust housing is waterproof according to IP67 standards. Additionally, the BEKOMAT 31U and 32U models facilitate easy connections to the compressed air system using an angle adaptor. When the service unit of the BEKOMAT 33U is disconnected from the power supply and condensate receiver tank, the supply tank remains connected to the compressed air system, saving time and effort during maintenance.
